From a very young age Paul always knew that his purpose in life was to help people to heal and recover from injuries. He saw his first opportunity to turn this possibility into a reality at the end of high school, when he enrolled in the Sports Therapy program at Georgia State University in Atlanta. While at school, Paul played D1 soccer on an athletic scholarship. Paul returned to Canada and pursued a teaching career, but always knew he wanted to return to manual health therapy. His sports therapy education, combined with living a very active lifestyle and growing up playing a variety of different sports including soccer and volleyball has really shown him the importance of incorporating movement into the healing process. Paul furthered his education and passion for health by graduating from the OCHT as a Registered Massage Therapist. His massage style is focused and unique. A very active and dynamic one that engages each individual and requires them to move their body through various ranges and planes in order to attain the best results possible. Paul understands that each individual responds differently to certain treatments, and has the ability to adjust and modify in order to present the best treatment plan for each patient. Some additional techniques that Paul utilizes in his treatments include joint mobilizations, fascial work and PNF stretching. Paul thoroughly enjoys helping all individuals to pursue and achieve their desired goals.
